“The main idea behind Unique Exotic Hotel is a seamless integration into nature and the nearby community.
The hotel is designed to be self-sustainable and staffed by locals. It was constructed by locals, too, with wood from cane, acacia, and palm trees growing next-door.
We produce food in our own farmland, use renewable energy, take recycling serious and generally use innovative approaches to enjoy from, respect and take care of the environment and its resources. “
Your host loves sharing the true, authentic, local adventures of her island with her guests. She speaks English, Spanish, Italian, and German.

Unique’s rooms are built with sustainable materials and local materials such as Acacia, Pine, and other reclaimed woods. The property is designed around the stones and cliffs upon which it is built. Every aspect was thoughtfully built into nature.
