Available upon request at Gitana Restaurant, one of the top rated restaurants in the province.  Several carry-out options are available as well for those looking to pair their adventures with a gourmet picnic.

Dinners

Gitana restaurant will be the setting for your getaway.  The international menu has an asian accent and is crafted based on seasonal and organically grown ingredients.  Price per person is $25 USD and includes an appetizer, main course, dessert, and a glass of wine.

“Everything was amazing, we where sooo surprised to find this place in the middle of the Dominican jungle. The surroundings are lush and wild but you bet you are going to be comfortable at the lodge (good hot shower) , the food was a highlight. We’ll definitely coming back.”

“Carolina greeted us upon our arrival and I immediately felt at home. She offered to cook for us but we had just ate so we had a beer instead. The following day she prepared a seared tuna dish with salad and risotto that lived up to her reputation. It is a 5 min trail walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and best of all the beach is not very busy. This place is amazing! An experience I will remember forever. :)”

Cancellation Policy

Free of charge 15 days prior to arrival.  50% deposit is non refundable if the cancellation is 15 days or less prior to the check in date.
